This is my warrior Khaelea. There are many other warriors like her, but his one is mine. I have 57 days, 58 minutes and counting time played. And tonight while killing a couple 20 Berserkers, I realized why Blizz needs a number squish.
Tonight she crit for 685k (that’s the one that caught my eye while roboting my rotation). That was on my normal 100+ rage initial hit rotation with Bloodthirst, Colussus Smash, Recklessness, Bloodbath, and Raging Blow procing. More common is 300+k crits. Not saying this is super amazing or anything, but it puts in perspective just how crazy shit has gotten with the numbers in WoW. Hell, warlocks are doing 250k base DPS in LFR on a regular basis, so my little crit is hardly a dent.
With LFR raid bosses having 600 million HP or so, and 18 DPS *perfect world, hitting at 100k plus, and critting for half a million, it’s no wonder why it’s time for things to be put back into perspective. I like seeing 685k crits, but it really doesn’t mean much when you see the total HP of a boss at 600 million.
So yeah, bring it down to a less mind numbing number. 50k? 100k? Besides, does it really matter how many HP anything has as long as it’s fun to fight?
